These are beautiful , handmade frames that were initially mounted on an Archtop guitar.
They are a great upgrade on an Archtop guitar over the plastic or metal alternatives !!

These Humbucker Frames are CURVED at the Bottom for an Arched top instrument that has a curved TOP.
They will most likely require some working , shaving , sanding to fit your instrument unless the Arch on your instrument is identical to the instrument these were mounted on.
(☆☆Please note : Modifying these to FLAT BOTTOM frames for mounting to a flat top instrument will require more work and time. )
They are in excellent condition , but there is ONE REPAIRED CRACK ON THE NECK PICKUP. This crack has been repaired with wood glue and a glue patch on the back of the pickup. The crack is very hard to see from the top of the pickup. The crack is photographed from the bottom (where the glue patch is) as well as the top in PHOTOS 11 AND 12 , the last 2 photos.
If this Neck pickup requires sanding and shaving to make fit this crack will have to be negotiated. If further sanding opens the crack up it can easily be repaired again and will hold with no issues once mounted on the instrument.
Please notice with the dimensions list that the 2 PICKUP FRAMES ARE NOT PERFECTLY SYMMETRICAL. The Neck pickup Frame is thinner than the Bridge Pickup frame. This is typical of Humbucker frames to address the difference of the height of Neck and Bridge pickups.
Another difference in the 2 frames is the placement of the HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT HOLES on the frames as well as the outer holes for MOUNTING the frames and pickups onto the body.
Please notice these differences in the following dimension specs :
(All these dimensions can be modified with the proper tools and experience since these are wood items .)
**The dimensions of the Frame holes that the Humbucker Pickups slip into are the same for both frames :
2 3/4" wide (70mm) X 1 17/32" (39mm) (just over 1 1/2").
**The total WIDTH of both frames is the same : 2" (51mm)
** The total LENGTH of the frames is the same : 4 1/2" (115mm).
**The THICKNESS of both pickups varies around the perimeter and is DIFFERENT for The Neck And Bridge frames :
The NECK pickup Thickness varries from about 1 /8"-1/4".
The BRIDGE pickup Thickness varries from 1/2"-1/4".
** The OUTER SCREW HOLES for mounting the NECK Pickup are :
4 1/4" (11mm) , center of screw hole to center of screw hole.
**The OUTER SCREW HOLES for mounting the BRIDGE PICKUP are :
4 1/8" (10.5mm) , center to center of holes.
**THE INNER HEIGHT ADJUSTING screw holes for the NECK Pickup are : 3 3/32" (78mm) , center to center of holes.
**The INNER HEIGHT ADJUSTING screw holes for the Bridge pickup are : 3 3/16" (80mm) , center to center of holes.
(**The small recessed area you can view in photos at the top middle of the NECK frame functions as an access point for an Allan Wrench to reach under a Fretboard if the Trus Rod Access happens to be there.)
